Who can join the Founders Game?
Membership is open to Founders, Angel/VC Investors, C-Suite executives, creators, and influencers with businesses or projects generating $1M+ in revenue or significant industry impact. Applicants must commit to professional conduct and respect the club’s privacy.
What are the game details?
Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, 7 PM–1 AM. Location: Private downtown Austin venue (address shared post-RSVP). Game: No-Limit Texas Hold’em. Stakes: Blinds range from $2/$5 to $50/$100.
Is the Founders Game legal?
Yes, Founders Game operates as a private club in compliance with Texas gambling laws (Texas Penal Code Chapter 47). We charge membership for access, not tied to game outcomes, and take no rake (100% of pots go to players).
What is the conduct policy?
Members must maintain professional behavior, avoid phone use during hands, and respect the private nature of the club. No weapons, drugs, or excessive alcohol consumption are permitted. Cocktail attire is preferred but not mandatory. No athletic wear, torn shirts or pants, or open toe shoes.
How is privacy ensured?
Founders Game is invite-only, with vetted members only and players must not share game details. Staff NDAs and a strict privacy policy protect member confidentiality.
